I am 58 years old, I am married. I was previously media director at Solocal and profit center director at Régicom.
Why did you create your company with the support of your franchisor? Have you consulted your brand's competitors?
Déclic immo represents for me a young franchise with dynamic and attentive leaders. I consulted before another sign but I did not wish to go further with them.
Were you in the profession before you started? If not, why did you change industry?
I was not in the real estate business but in advertising. Following a job protection plan at Solocal, I wanted to retrain in this beautiful area of real estate.
Did the training concretely allow you to start your activity in optimal conditions?
Without this theoretical training, it would have been difficult for me to start.
Has your franchisor concretely respected all the points on which it was committed?
Yes, all the integration course has been respected
How are your relations with your fellow franchisees? Is the network spirit really effective?
This is the advantage of being present at the launch of a franchise: we share a lot with my colleagues.
In terms of turnover, have you achieved your objectives?
The Covid and its containment have stopped a promising start. But since the end of confinement, the objectives are in line with what I expected, and I am doing what is necessary in terms of recruitment and advertising to develop my turnover and the number of my customers.
With hindsight, is the concept well positioned and well justified in your market?
The concept between a network of agents and a traditional agency seems more than justified to me, especially given the feedback from my clients. In addition, the analysis that I carried out before joining the brand corresponds perfectly to my experience in the field.
Would you have been able to carry out your activity if you had to create it alone?
It would have been more complicated given the upstream work done by Bruno and François, the two co-founders of the group. If I had to do it again, I would sign with them again without hesitation.
What advice would you give to all candidates interested in your brand?
Come and join us as soon as possible, you won't regret it!
