On est en juin 2020 et près de 9 mois après le lancement du projet, Frédéric Potier ouvre la Piccolina, rue Léopold Faye, à la place de l’ancienne Trattoria. Une première pour ce néorestaurateur, en pleine reconversion professionnelle. « J’étais fonctionnaire pendant 17 ans avant cela. J’étais secrétaire générale à la mairie de Cocumont. J’ai aussi bossé à celle de Meilhan-sur-Garonne et à l’Agglo»» conte-t-il.

A second life next door

It has been 11 years today that Frédéric Potier is a volunteer firefighter.Another pride therefore, which mobilizes a lot of its free time, especially Sunday and Monday, when the Piccolina is closed.

Sportsman
