MP22 meeting: When Perignama digresses, misinforms and makes propaganda Air traffic Ministry of Scientific Research: A newborn in good hands Doumbi Fakoly Seydou Keita
The popular movement of March 22, 2012 held an information meeting on May 2 at the premises of Radio Kayira. For the leaders of the movement, the meeting aims to commemorate the unfortunate events of April 30, 2012.
According to them, that day, the regular army, nationalist of Amadou Haya Sanogo had the upper hand over the enemies of the nation (Mali) composed of a part of the red berets headed by Colonel Abdine Guindo and supported by some FDR barons, ECOWAS, France. Indeed, the remarks made were disgusting, revolting, tendentious without any irrefutable proof and which are likely to seriously compromise any national reconciliation.
Indeed, in his introductory statement – a statement which, moreover, was marred by a blatant inconsistency – Pérignama Sylla began to wander, to speculate on the main events in Mali from March 22, 2012 to September 2013. For the events of April 30, 2012 - which they describe as a counter-coup - the leaders of the MP22, set up as defenders Amadou Haya Sanogo, continue to misinform the Malians by not telling them how the response of the red berets came to be headed by Colonel Abdine Guindo, head of the Djicoroni-para Camp Regiment. In his incoherent introductory statement, full of tendentious and defamatory remarks, Pérignama let it be known that it was under the instigation of the barons of FDR, ECOWAS and France, that some of the inexperienced red berets, headed by Abdine Guindo and supported by Ivoro-Burkinabe mercenaries decided to make Kati and Amadou Haya Sanogo disappear with the simultaneous attack on Sénou airport, ORTM and the Kati camp. Unfortunately, according to him, they failed and the nationalist army of Amadou Haya Sanogo had the upper hand over the enemies of the nation and that it is the anniversary of this victory that the MP22 is celebrating on May 2, 2015. But what Perignama hides or ignores is that what he describes as a counter-coup was in reality a self-defence of the red berets. putsch), Amadou Haya had called Abdine to seal the reconciliation. Abdine had sent emissaries who, after the meeting, were ambushed by Sanogo's supporters. Afterwards, Kati sent an expedition to liquidate Abdine Guindo, because it was of him that Sanogo's soldiers were terrified. It was with the arrival of this expeditionary force at the para camp of Djicoroni that Abdine sounded a bugle to alert the other red berets to ensure their self-defense. Having had the upper hand over this expeditionary force, it has now been decided to overthrow Amadou Haya Sanogo, traitor and big liar. And so began the unfortunate events of April 30, 2012.
Pérignama also makes it known that these red berets were supported by Ivorian-Burkinabe mercenaries. So what became of these mercenaries? Were they all killed? Did they manage to escape? Are they locked up? Why did the investigation conducted by Judge Karembé not mention? Where is the mass grave containing their bodies? May Pérignama or the MP22 give us the answer to these questions.
It's time we pull ourselves together to stop intoxicating Malians. Intellectual honesty recommends that we always speak with supporting evidence. Words based on rumours, statements must be banned.
There is also always time to stop discrediting, defaming, vilifying or even dismissing a brave and discreet officer like Abdine Guindo, whose only fault is that he was ATT's aide-de-camp and that he had to save the latter from the vengeance of the soldiery led by Amadou haya Sanogo.

Unfortunately, since the despicable and thoughtless coup of March 2012, this courageous, intelligent and discreet officer, who is indescribably afraid, has been called all the bad names in the world. Everything has been done, either to liquidate it or to remove it completely. We remember that during the arrest of Amadou Haya Sanogo, the latter had made a grotesque montage by making believe that the elements who left to pick him up were led by Abdine Guindo. While the latter, since his arrest, until that of Sanogo, had never put on his outfit and was concerned about his health. This slanderous enterprise by Amadou Haya aimed to revolt his comrades in red berets as well as a section of the population dedicated to his cause.
Far from setting ourselves up as defenders of Abdine (we don't even know him), the duty to inform pushes us to make some of these insights. Abdine Guindo is not a megalomaniac (as many of the aides-de-camp of the president in Mali have been), even less one thirsty for power. All that matters to him is a job well done, honesty, respect for his dignity and the country needs him more than ever.
Furthermore, Pérignam flaunts Malians' eyes by telling them that it was Dioncounda himself who organized his attack. Why? Other events such as the Konna attack, the September 2013 uprising, were also discussed by Pérignama, always in total inconsistency without any convincing evidence.
It is time, high time for the MP22 to stop throwing oil on the fire, not to cultivate hatred and to make tendentious and slanderous remarks which are likely to compromise any national reconciliation.
