Un nouveau restaurant vient d’ouvrir ses portes sur la commune de Salins, à proximité de la mairie. Son nom : La Maison du Bœuf. À sa tête : une équipe de trois personnes emmenée par Yunus Sahin, déjà propriétaire de La Pizzeria du Confluent, à Montereau-Fault-Yonne.

The restaurant room can accommodate around twenty covers and the terrace around forty: "We already have a releasing veranda construction project for the winter that we can remove in fine weather.This will allow us to receive more people, ”says Yunus Sahin.
For his part, the mayor of the town, Georges Benard, is delighted with this opening: "We are very happy with the arrival of this restaurateur and we obviously welcome him.It has been 20 years since the municipality was trying to have a restaurant, so for us it is a very beautiful operation that will create life in the town.It was really a desire for successive municipalities to find this rare bird, and in addition the food is excellent, "concludes the elected official.
