"The Address wishes to be more open to creators in professional retraining", Cyril Parmentier (development director)
THE ADDRESS
Franchise Real estate agenciesAn effective network by your side Created in 1999 by the FNAIM, but open to all. L'ADDRESS is one of the few cooperative organizations with more than 300 real estate agencies 335Locations€20,000 Personal contributionAll the Franchise: Can you tell us about the L'Adresse concept and its advantages compared to the competition?
Cyril Parmentier: The L'Adresse network is a cooperative. We are the only real estate cooperative network at this show. The big difference compared to our colleagues is that in the cooperative system the network belongs to the members, to the members, who compose it.
How did you adapt to the Covid crisis?
Very well, like our comrades I imagine. We have used the digital tools available, we have worked a lot in video and we have developed a TV studio to stay in contact with our members, encourage them and also keep the teams in contact.
And above all, we have a foundation, the Fondation L'Adresse, which has enabled us to work in favor of carers by making accommodation available to them during this difficult period. We were also able to participate, thanks to the foundation, in the "war effort".

Our prospects are already to open up more to creators in professional retraining. Since its origin, the L'Adresse network has been more oriented towards affiliation, towards professionals who wish to go under the brand. Our presence at the show underlines this new openness, which is to turn to creators in professional retraining since, within the Address, in terms of training and support, we have all the tools and services at our disposal. to enable them to succeed in this challenge.
Who is the ideal franchisee for you?
The ideal franchisee – then the cooperator, the member, the ideal member rather – is the one who cooperates, who participates, who defends the brand as well as its point of sale, his team, and the Fondation L'Adresse which I spoke to you about earlier; he is the one who helps, by his time, by his desire, by his commitment, by his positive energy, the L'Adresse network to move forward.
That's how we are animated in the network head team and that's how the CEO Brice Cardi is animated. We move forward and we all push in the same direction because the cooperative is a collective sport.
