If good hygiene also involves clean clothes, be aware that some parts of our wardrobe do not need to be washed daily.

The jeans
It's certainly one of the pieces that we put on the most regularly, and yet it is recommended to wash it only after having worn it between four and six times. coats and jackets
As you might expect, these are not close-fitting clothes. Also, we usually wear several layers of clothing underneath. Also, it is advisable to wash them once or twice a year, so that your coats and jackets can keep their shine while benefiting from a little freshness. On the other hand, remember to wash your scarves, hats or gloves regularly.
