The swimming pool located in Malakoff-Pré Gauchet and commissioning in 2007, will benefit from sustainable maintenance work.Objective: to allow greater energy and water saving.Concretely, air treatment, the replacement of the solar hot water device with thermal solar panels and thermal insulation under the beaches (deteriorated by infiltration) as well as the installation of LED lighting are provided.This work, scheduled for 10 months from July 2022 to May 2023, will cause the pool closed during the duration of the site.Operation cost: € 2.76 million.
