Who are the 15 elected vice-presidents of the Normandy Regional Council?

After an hour's break and a quick lunch, the Normandy Regional Council resumed its session to appoint its vice-presidents under the chairmanship of Hervé Morin, freshly re-elected that morning.
Voting error without consequence
To begin with, it is the election of the members of the standing committee. The majority of Hervé Morin wins, of course, but even collects an additional vote than his number of elected officials. Voting error with the electronic box that prevails today in the hemicycle?

Four new vice-presidents
Four newcomers are entering the vice-presidents, four women in this case: Virginie Carolo-Lutrot, elected in Seine-Maritime, Julie Barenton-Guillas (Manche), Catherine Gourney-Leconte (Calvados), Aline Louisy- Louis (Seine Maritime).
Mélanie Boulanger criticizes the majority for leaving no room for the opposition in certain commissions that are fundamental to the functioning of the community. An argument swept aside by Hervé Morin who considers that when it comes to organizations financed by the Region, he must retain the majority on the subject.
