The business of used panties is exported to France
Everything can be bought on the internet (or almost). The latest fashion of the moment is the online sale of used panties. You may have heard about it thanks to the American series Orange is the new black, broadcast by Netflix.
This practice comes from Japan, where it is known as "burusera", which means "the marketing of high school or college girls' panties". In the early 1990s, around 100 dirty underwear vending machines popped up in Tokyo, reports the Telegraph.
This phenomenon has gradually conquered the Anglo-Saxon countries and in particular the United States. The first sellers began by offering their panties on classifieds sites like Craigslist or the community site Reddit. Subsequently, specialized sites have emerged and groups have been created on the Facebook social network.

An activity so profitable that it has become the main source of income for some young women, explains a saleswoman to the New York Post.
On average, the panties worn are sold for 25 euros but the price can go up to 300 euros depending on the wishes of the buyers.
